Back to You
A Spring Retreat for Renewal and Rest
8-10 May 2026

Before the busy summer unfolds, this spring retreat is an invitation to return to yourself.
In the calming Danish countryside, we step away from the pace and expectations of everyday life, where the body can regulate, soften, and find safety again.
Through guided movement, reflection, and peaceful moments in nature, we tend to what has been left unattended. Like a garden after winter, your inner soil needs care before anything new can grow.
Who is this retreat for?
For you, who feels disconnected from your own rhythm, and long to feel rooted and at home in your body again.
For you, who has been showing up for everyone else, and are craving space to simply be with yourself, without roles or social masks.
For you, who struggles to switch off and slow down (no matter how hard you try), and craves a real pause from the constant demands of daily life.
This retreat is not about striving to be more.
It is about coming home to yourself:
Steady, nourished, and grounded.
If you’re learning to slow down –
this retreat is for you.

Highlights:
• 2 nights / 3 gentle spring days
Stay at a quiet countryside venue near Nærheden, surrounded by fields, trees, fresh air, and birdsong.

What To Expect:
Journaling and Reflection
Throughout the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity for quiet moments of reflection with yourself. Stepping away from outside demands, these sessions offer space to step inward- to listen and tend to your inner world.
Through guided prompts, we’ll connect with what’s longing to be heard, nurturing the feelings, needs and dreams that live beneath the soil.
Morning and Evening Yoga Practices
Each day begins with slow, intentional vinyasa to help you feel rooted and present in your body. In the evenings, we soften into supported yin poses, allowing the deeper layers of the body to release and the nervous system to settle — like honey for tired muscles and busy minds.
Free time
The retreat includes plenty of free time for slow countryside walks, journaling, knitting in a sunny corner, reading under a blanket.
This retreat honours slowness, you’re allowed to do less here.
Optional Experiences:
Shake the Dust- Somatic Dance
This energetic practice is about gently shaking off what no longer needs to be carried. Combining both repetitive and free movement, this practice is a chance to release stored tension and find joy and play in your body.
Warm Surrender- Saunagus Ritual
Through essential oils and gently guided breathwork, this saunagus experience invites you to surrender into gentle warmth, letting go what needs to be left behind. If you’re feeling daring, there’s also an option to take a cold plunge between the rounds.
